How to manage stock with ZOYEQ

Keeping stock updated manually often leads to overselling, stockouts, or incorrect inventory records.

With ZOYEQ, you can track, update, and manage product stock across warehouses in real time.

This guide will show you how to manage stock, adjust quantities, monitor availability, and keep your inventory accurate.

Manual stock management

Manual stock management lets you control product inventory directly from the product list. And then click Add New Product.

Here, if you want to manage the inventory manually, as you can, it's already set up. Just enter the SKU, if needed, and publish the product.

After publishing the product, you can see and update the stock status directly from the Inventory column in the product list.

Automatic stock management

To manage stock automatically, enable inventory tracking inside the product.

This allows ZOYEQ to automatically update stock levels based on sales, orders, and inventory changes in real time.

You will be redirected to the Stock Management page, where you can find the product and click the edit icon to update the stock quantity.

Click the + icon, add stock quantity, assign a warehouse, and save to distribute inventory across multiple warehouses. Also, you can add the minimum stock amount to the top or bottom sides.

Once added, the updated stock quantity and minimum stock level will be visible in the Stock Management list.

All products with inventory tracking enabled will appear in this stock management list.
