Managing stock across multiple warehouses manually can lead to imbalances and delays in fulfillment.
With ZOYEQ, you can transfer stock between warehouses to keep inventory distributed and available where needed.
This guide will show you how to move stock from one warehouse to another, adjust quantities, and maintain accurate inventory across locations.
By the end, you’ll be able to balance stock efficiently, avoid shortages, and ensure smooth operations across all your warehouses.
To transfer stock between warehouses, go to:
Dashboard → Inventory → Stock Transfers and Click Create Transfer
Now choose the origin warehouse and destination warehouse to define where the stock will be transferred from and to.
Click Choose product
Select the product(s) to transfer
Enter the transfer quantity
Click Add to Transfer
The selected products will be added to your transfer list with the specified quantity.
Review the selected product, quantity, and warehouse details
(Optional) Add a note for internal reference
Click Create Transfer
The stock will be moved from the origin warehouse to the destination warehouse and recorded in the transfer history.
After creating the transfer, it will appear in the Inventory Transfers list. Each entry shows origin, destination, quantity, and transfer time
Click the three-dot menu to view details, print, or download the transfer record. This helps you track and audit all stock movements across warehouses.
